i loved the thoughtful touches i encountered . khalid was especially attentive and helpful to my needs. my partner arranged a birthday surprise that the owner prepared with roses, it was so very sweet. the breakfast offered variety and freshness each day.
unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room did not get cold. the staff also forgot to order a taxi for my departure. the taxi they eventually secured was more expensive than expected.

The staff provided really good hospitality. they shared their culture and became friends. breakfast was generous. the bed was comfortable and warm. The room was spacious!
I didn't like that the shower never got hot. the handle leaked. It wasn't repaired properly. some tiles were missing.

amazing staff and great location!
warm welcome excellent location delicious breakfast clean room
I received a super warm welcome and felt very well cared for . the location is excellent. It doesn't take long to walk to any places of interest, and the riad itself is very peaceful and beautifully decorated. breakfast each day was a highlight, with fresh yogurt made in their kitchens plus delicious fresh orange juice and coffee. plus, the staff helped with our airport transfer. Our rooms were kept clean daily.
the rooftop pool is a little small and was in the shade for a good part of the day.

The riad boasts a beautifully decorated patio and a terrace. It is very idyllic because you can hear birds singing, and there are no noises from the medina. the medina and the main square are within an easily accessible walking distance.

The staff is amazing. They are really friendly, accommodating, professional, and helpful. one staff member, khaled, was particularly attentive. He helped arrange transportation and even translated at the hospital when needed!

The breakfast selection was lovely each morning, brought to us at whatever time we requested. it included fresh yogurt and orange juice. It was all very delicious. a daily moroccan tea ceremony greeted us every breakfast!

The riad is situated in the medina, so it is close to the souks, markets, and monuments. the venue is a quiet oasis away from the buzzy souks. It is in a quieter part of the city away from tourist traps. there are good restaurants around, too!

helpful staff ideal location friendly staff cold shower leaky handle missing tile
the staff was friendly and helpful. they offered advice and were ready to assist with any request. the location was good (it was tucked away from the markets). it was also close to main attractions, approximately 10-30 minutes walk away.
the shower did not get very hot. the shower handle leaked and was not repaired. there were also missing tiles in the shower. the air conditioning did not get cold.

My visit to this riad was wonderful. The staff welcomed me with tea and sweets upon arrival. Breakfast included homemade yogurt and fresh pastries (I liked the local pancakes). The rooftop terrace offered a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring.
